Ladies and gentlemen, welcome! Tonight, we will be talking about fame. Fame is all about gaining recognition, about doing something extraordinary. Let us take an example: if you make the best walls in the industry, you will gain fame. And if you save money, add profit, and ensure quality in doing it, that is extraordinary! Interested? Great! Let the demonstration begin! Once upon a time, there was mostly one way of making walls in precast factories. It was a system that required lots of wood and steel, and lots of time. Workers labored heavily with the building of the molds needed. They measured, sawed, hammered, welded, lifted, and assembled for hours on end. And still the mold they built could only be used for one type or size of wall. When another kind of wall was needed, they had to roll up their sleeves and disassemble the mold, adding the side form materials to the already high pile of hazardous waste in the factory yard, sweating with the heavy steel parts. And then, the building started all over again. What a sight - the working area was full of nails, boards and tools - the circular saw was nobody's favourite. Even if you were making a larger amount of the same wall type, you could only make about twenty with the same mold! As time went by, other ways of building molds were developed. You could do it with a combination of fixed steel side forms and wooden ones, and you could use magnets together with wooden side forms. Things started to get easier, but the picture was still not complete. Therefore, Elematic's product development continued to work hard. They wanted to design the perfect total solution for the furnishing of beds and molds. And today, we are happy to say that they have done it - ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the new and complete Elematic Fastening Method series (FaMe)! At present, the FaMe series consists of two excellent methods for furnishing molds to make any size and shape of elements you need. FaMe Lite is primarily intended for bulk production of non-insulated walls. FaMe Flex, an entirely new and extremely efficient furnishing method, is particularly intended for the making of insulated (sandwich) walls, ideal for your small and varied series. The FaMe family really has all you need to succeed: aluminium side forms, magnets, and accessories - the complete solution.

Twice as many walls

It is said that a picture says more than a thousand words and that time is money. The diagram above shows how much time and materials is needed to assemble molds in various ways. Just a quick glance reveals that the traditional system of using wood and steel requires huge amounts of work, which in turn means huge costs. With FaMe, the time spent on making a wall element drops to about a fifth! And consequently, the cost drops radically! Think what a productivity boost it is to make twice or more wall elements during a workday! Just consider; would you like to make an element in about 45 minutes or can you afford to spend hours on it?

Long-lasting, less waste

All the parts in the Elematic Fastening Method series are designed to last a long, long time. They are light and flexible, quick to assemble and take apart. Cleaning is easy and the parts can be conveniently stored in special racks, leaving you lots of storage space for other purposes. Significantly less waste material is generated and the aluminium parts are recyclable. Workers are happy with a more modern, cleaner, and safer work environment - goodbye circular saw and messy work area! And those perfectly fitting, securely fastened parts of FaMe mean top quality end products!
