Elematic Extruder E9
It might seem impossible to make a perfect machine better but the much praised Elematic Extruder EL900E has been updated to match customer demands for even greater serviceability, usability, and safety. The new Elematic Extruder E9 on show at Bauma2010 has just hit the market to cast a better future. Elematic extruder E9 is excellent for the production of a variety of hollow-core slabs and walls. You can make slabs according to latest norms with a width of 1200 mm and a thickness of 160 to 500 mm. The machine composes of the E9 power unit and an exchangeable nozzle module. Nozzle units for slabs with 8 to 4 voids are available. In this newest of extruders, we have further improved the performance, availability, maintainability, and safety by incorporating e.g. the following new technical advancements: ETAC-ready control system, newly designed hopper, dirt-proof concrete level sensor, improved strand guide, and automation compaction control. This fourth generation low noise shear compaction extruder E9, is designed to improve the quality of the product and the usability of the machine offering greater performance than the former generations. More rigid mechanical structure and intelligent use makes compaction power even better than in earlier Elematic extruders. Together with automatic compaction control they make the slabs stronger with lower water-cement ratio. Cost-efficient usability and maintenance By calculating just the right quantity of concrete to be used, excess amounts are kept to a minimum. Maintenance tasks can be scheduled according to maintenance action follow-up in user interface. Less service points and wear parts from more durable materials help to keep service hours and material costs low. If troubleshooting is needed help is easily available in user interface, and if WLAN is in use, online help directly from Elematic is available. Easy, and safe to run The improved user interface with trip computer shows casting values and production and maintenance data on-line. Compaction automation simplifies operation and evens out quality variations without additional adjustments. And thanks to fewer adjustments mean fewer accidental maneuvers!
