"Наша цель – быть самым успешным изготовителем сборных железобетонных конструкций в Саудовской Аравии", говорит управляющий производством в ARA Матиас Андерсон. Несколько лет назад все четыре фабрики ARA в Эр-Рияд работали с полной загрузкой, но этого было недостаточно, чтобы удовлетворить быстрорастущий спрос на железобетонную продукцию. Компания обратилась к Elematic за оборудованием для нового завода. Требовалось оснастить завод по производству многопустотных панелей на 16 платформах. Среди поставленного оборудования были экструдеры Elematic, бетоновозы и бетоноукладчики. В июне 2007 года ARA открыла новый завод по производству многопустотных панелей, являющийся сейчас крупнейшим в своем регионе, с впечатляющей способностью производить более миллиона квадратных метров многопустотных панелей различной толщины в год. "Elematic всегда была отличным партнером и поставщиком, и мы будем рады дальнейшему сотрудничеству наших компаний. Однажды я ездил в Финляндию для посещения главного офиса Elematic", – говорит мистер Андерсон.
Договор на техническое обслуживание в рамках концепции TOP гарантирует доходность
Необходимость инвестирования в новые технологии была очевидной, но новаторски мыслящая компания также знала, что все должно быть сделано без остановок производства и с повышением рентабельности. Поэтому ARA, несмотря на длительный опыт сотрудничества, подписала с Elematic договор на техническое обслуживание в рамках концепции TOP для достижения гибкости и совокупной выгоды. Договор на техническое обслуживание предусматривает содержание всех механизмов в работоспособном состоянии. Это обеспечивает быструю доставку запасных деталей и расходных материалов, регулярные проверки механизмов и ежегодные технические осмотры, а также выявление и устранение неполадок современными способами.
Работа нового завода ARA 5 протекает гладко, три стенда можно формовать одновременно. Согласно планам, предполагается ежедневно формовать 16 стендов по 150 метров, семь дней в неделю. ARA пришла к выводу, что договор на техническое обслуживание в рамках концепции TOP улучшил деятельность компании. "Вместе мы инспектируем и совершенствуем производство, отслеживаем возможные узкие места, способные доставить неприятности в будущем", рассказывает г-н Марикко. "Мы подробно обсуждали способы улучшения взаимодействия по обслуживанию и производству, чтобы избежать незапланированных остановок в техническом обслуживании во время производства. Простои могут вылиться в копейку, необходимо своевременно заменять запасные детали и расходные материалы еще до выхода механизма из строя. Важная часть комплекса услуг – совершенствование профилактического обслуживания и ежегодное техническое обслуживание. Наряду с инвестированием в новое оборудование и профилактические меры, существенно повышается безопасность работы и чистота заводского оборудования." Рассказывает мистер Андерсон: "До заключения с Elematic договора на техническое обслуживание производство одного миллиона квадратных метром многопустотных панелей в год для нас было бы смелым предприятием, поскольку это означает работу оборудования ежедневно в течении года. Любой простой в производственном процессе вел бы к сбоям оборудования и угрожал бы целям производства."
Заказчик платит за качественный, вовремя доставленный продукт
Помимо производства широкого спектра железобетонных изделий, ARA сотрудничает с заказчиками в строительном бизнесе с первого контакта до завершения всего проекта. "В настоящее время у нас запущено приблизительно шесть проектов, самый крупный из которых предполагает строительство 400 вилл и 12 многоквартирных домов для проживания персонала университета King Saud University. Мы планируем выпустить 150 000 кубических метров железобетонных конструкций только для этого проекта", говорит мистер Андерсон. Сегодня в Саудовской Аравии сокращаются инвестиции в частный сектор, но в то же время правительство наращивает объемы строительства, особенно школ и университетов", – продолжает мистер Андерсон.
"Ближайшее будущее выглядит для ARA очень благоприятно, мы подписали много проектов, и нам остается запустить и выполнить их в надлежащей последовательности. Мы уже сейчас видим, что необходимо увеличить производство стеновых панелей", – заключает мистер Андерсон.
