Since 1959, Elematic has provided precast concrete producers throughout the world with technological products and services. Although our company name has varied during the years, our basic principle has been and continues to be a concrete one: to be a comprehensive one-stop-supplier.

We have grown strongly, tirelessly developing new techniques and products for our customers in over 70 countries, spanning the entire concrete industry. Newcomers such as the Elematic magnets are not only magnets but a fully integrated system with jaw design, including forms and accessories versatile enough to cast any wall panel.

Elematic Slipformer EF 5000

With a combination of greatly improved shear compaction, traditional slipformer values, new raw materials and technical design in the forming tube, Elematic has created a fresh generation of slipformers. From a technological point of view, nothing stands in the way of producing hollow-core slabs one meter thick, if there is a demand for such. The sky is the limit for the Elematic Slipformer EF 5000.

Making things easier

Europe, the US, the Middle East - the Elematic ELiPLAN ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is already in use on three continents. The user friendliness of the Elematic Fastening System magnets has amazed manufacturers near and far. Elematic has set its mind to making precast concrete production easier for customers worldwide.

The United Precast Concrete (UPC) production facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates are impressive. UPC is the largest manufacturer of precast building components in the area, and for example in Abu Dhabi, the plant has two huge Elematic double battery molds and nearly one hundred table molds, turning out around 400 concrete panels daily. This is enough for two to three complete two-story villas.
